"One of the things I value most in my working relationship with any insurance agency is a periodic review to assess the coverage on my policies. It is important to me to discern if I'm adequately covered or possibly need more coverage. Whenever I have changed agents over the past 50 years, I have always emphasized that regular communication is a priority. The ONLY agency that has ever given me the attention, consideration and care on a regular basis is Sonia Olivo's State Farm Insurance Agency. My insurance agent, Gabriela Valdez called recently and requested to meet with me to review my policies and to ensure they were up to date in case I had experienced any lifestyle changes over the past year. Gabriela is so personable and clearly had insight into my insurance needs. She is experienced, knowledgeable and very mindful of the various needs of her clients. Update: I am of a student. And I expressed Shauna Caine about how difficult it was for me to handle my policy payments while I’m in school and that I’m probably going to have to cancel my policy. She worked everything out for me less than 20-30 minutes. She was very efficient, acknowledgeable, and kind. She deserves a freaking raise and some food on y’all.
