"False information given and they state they will help you sign up for savings, give you a bundle, and literally no savings are applied. We waited for answers and heard back ONCE from Wilmer for that one month we got a discounted price. They were super quick and on top of it when it came to emailing us to leave them a review but nothing in our policy changed, in fact it went up even more. Super disappointed with my experience with them. Sad to leave but it has to be done with these lying folks that only care about their pockets."

"We just moved into the State of Texas and were looking for auto Insurance, we came across Sonia Olivo office and spoke to Adriana Arguello. She was very nice and professional and answered all of our questions we had , went over different coverages for us. We continued shopping elsewhere , but St Farms was the best rate we found. To Adriana word she called as promised and we signed on. We also liked that it was in person, not one of those computer or transferred to some 800 number out of state. "I had to leave our long time insurance company because they couldn’t get us a fair rate on our policy renewal. Adriana spent the time to review every option with me and even followed up with me after hours due to my work schedule. "I have worked with Wilmer for many years. He has always been available to answer all my questions and very helpful in making any changes to my policies quickly. He responds to emails almost immediately. He’s really a gem and I’m super happy to work with him. It’s not the insurance company that matters but the agent you work with matters.
